# It's Chat vs ChatPlus

It's Chat and ChatPlus both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of It's Chat's written reviews are positive against 43% of ChatPlus's. ChatPlus's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. It's Chat sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and ChatPlus sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for It's Chat against 4.7 for ChatPlus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChatPlus has 2.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of It's Chat's written reviews are positive against 43% of ChatPlus's.

It's Chat ships an update every 11 days, ChatPlus every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
