# ReadMyDoc vs AssistMe

The clearest difference is ads: AssistMe at none against ReadMyDoc's shown. ReadMyDoc's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReadMyDoc sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and AssistMe sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
