# KICK vs CameraFi Live

The clearest difference is ratings volume: KICK at 147K against CameraFi Live's 320. KICK also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KICK sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per month and CameraFi Live sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KICK holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KICK has 147K ratings behind it against 320, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of KICK's written reviews are positive against 43% of CameraFi Live's.

KICK ships an update every 3 days, CameraFi Live every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
