# Vidyagram vs SSC Testbook

The clearest difference is rating: SSC Testbook at 5.0 against Vidyagram's 4.4. SSC Testbook also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). Vidyagram's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (75% vs 50%). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SSC Testbook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Vidyagram asks for nothing beyond the download.

SSC Testbook holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vidyagram has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Vidyagram's written reviews are positive against 50% of SSC Testbook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vidyagram ships an update monthly, SSC Testbook every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
