# Writebulb vs WordTracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: WordTracker at every 2 days against Writebulb's monthly. Writebulb's advantage is iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Writebulb sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WordTracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Writebulb ships an update monthly, WordTracker every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
