# Crestfall vs Cosmic Invasion

The clearest difference is update cadence: Crestfall at weekly against Cosmic Invasion's monthly. Crestfall also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crestfall sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Cosmic Invasion sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crestfall ships an update weekly, Cosmic Invasion monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
