# OnlyDrams vs Cellar Somm

OnlyDrams and Cellar Somm both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Cellar Somm's written reviews are positive against 65% of OnlyDrams's. Cellar Somm also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). OnlyDrams's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 1) and chart position (#16 vs unranked). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OnlyDrams sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Cellar Somm sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for OnlyDrams against 5.0 for Cellar Somm. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OnlyDrams has 11K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 65% of OnlyDrams's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cellar Somm's.

OnlyDrams ships an update fortnightly, Cellar Somm every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
