# 视频转文字 vs idesktop

The clearest difference is rating: idesktop at 4.7 against 视频转文字's 3.0. idesktop also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (27 vs 2). 视频转文字's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 视频转文字 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and idesktop sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
