# Chat AI vs BackDate

The clearest difference is ads: BackDate at none against Chat AI's shown. Chat AI's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chat AI sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and BackDate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
