# BodySense vs input coach

The clearest difference is update cadence: BodySense at every 2 days against input coach's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BodySense sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and input coach sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BodySense ships an update every 2 days, input coach every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
