How to Use Turn the central dial to select the desired frequency. Press the play button below the dial to play the selected low-frequency sound. To Enhance Effectiveness Since smartphone speakers alone may produce weak sound pressure for low frequencies, we recommend connecting to external speakers such as Bluetooth speakers and increasing the volume.
