# Evolve Plus vs BeaconTV

The clearest difference is rating: Evolve Plus at 4.9 against BeaconTV's 3.9. Evolve Plus also leads on review sentiment (84% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months). BeaconTV's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evolve Plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and BeaconTV sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
