# TypePick vs Doodle Jam

The clearest difference is update cadence: Doodle Jam at every 2 weeks against TypePick's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TypePick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Doodle Jam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TypePick ships an update monthly, Doodle Jam every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
