# NXT 1 vs DreamU

The clearest difference is update cadence: NXT 1 at every 9 days against DreamU's every 21 months. NXT 1 also leads on ratings volume (183 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NXT 1 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and DreamU sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for NXT 1 against 5.0 for DreamU. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NXT 1 has 183 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NXT 1 ships an update every 9 days, DreamU every 21 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
