# HeartMath vs ShaktiRize

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ShaktiRize at none against HeartMath's 5. ShaktiRize also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and device support (3 vs 1). HeartMath's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 15 months). On price and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HeartMath sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $39.00 per year. ShaktiRize asks for nothing beyond the download.

HeartMath holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HeartMath has 4.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of HeartMath's written reviews are positive against 100% of ShaktiRize's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HeartMath ships an update every 3 weeks, ShaktiRize every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
