# HeartMath vs Rezzimax

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Rezzimax at none against HeartMath's 5. Rezzimax also leads on iOS requirement (16.2 vs 26.0). HeartMath's advantage is ratings volume (4.7K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HeartMath sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $39.00 per year. Rezzimax asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for HeartMath against 5.0 for Rezzimax. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HeartMath has 4.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HeartMath ships an update every 3 weeks, Rezzimax every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
