# HeartMath vs Premier Mindset Program

The clearest difference is ratings volume: HeartMath at 4.8K against Premier Mindset Program's 1. Premier Mindset Program's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HeartMath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $79.00 per year and Premier Mindset Program sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for HeartMath against 5.0 for Premier Mindset Program. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HeartMath has 4.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HeartMath ships an update every 3 weeks, Premier Mindset Program every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
