# GPD Keyboard vs AI Assistant

The clearest difference is rating: GPD Keyboard at 5.0 against AI Assistant's 4.6. GPD Keyboard also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). AI Assistant's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 4) and update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GPD Keyboard sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and AI Assistant sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GPD Keyboard holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Assistant has 71 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GPD Keyboard ships an update monthly, AI Assistant every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
