# Astria Digital Library vs FarmerLink

The clearest difference is monetization model: Astria Digital Library at free against FarmerLink's paid. FarmerLink's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Astria Digital Library against 5.0 for FarmerLink. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FarmerLink has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Astria Digital Library ships an update every 9 days, FarmerLink every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
