# Movility vs Arlington Transportation

The clearest difference is rating: Arlington Transportation at 4.7 against Movility's 3.1. Arlington Transportation also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 23). Movility's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (43% vs 22%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Arlington Transportation holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arlington Transportation has 2.3K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Movility's written reviews are positive against 22% of Arlington Transportation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Movility ships an update every 2 weeks, Arlington Transportation monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
