# Dr. Cube vs Alaqmar Academy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Alaqmar Academy at 75% against Dr. Cube's 33%. Dr. Cube's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (3.8 vs 3.5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Alaqmar Academy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Dr. Cube asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dr. Cube holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 118 and 35 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Dr. Cube's written reviews are positive against 75% of Alaqmar Academy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dr. Cube ships an update every 5 weeks, Alaqmar Academy every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
