# Asura Scans vs Comick

The clearest difference is rating: Asura Scans at 4.3 against Comick's 2.6. Asura Scans also leads on ratings volume (586 vs 11). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Asura Scans sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Comick sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Asura Scans holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Asura Scans has 586 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Asura Scans's written reviews are positive against 33% of Comick's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
