# Addons vs SuperX

The clearest difference is rating: Addons at 4.6 against SuperX's 4.0. Addons also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (344 vs 19). SuperX's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 60%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Addons sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SuperX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Addons holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Addons has 344 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Addons's written reviews are positive against 100% of SuperX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Addons ships an update every 5 weeks, SuperX every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
