# mySigen vs Ausclimate

The clearest difference is rating: Ausclimate at 5.0 against mySigen's 3.8. mySigen's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and review sentiment (45% vs 20%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ausclimate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mySigen has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of mySigen's written reviews are positive against 20% of Ausclimate's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

mySigen ships an update every 2 weeks, Ausclimate every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
