# TherEXnow vs Groot Nutrition

The clearest difference is rating: TherEXnow at 5.0 against Groot Nutrition's 3.5. TherEXnow also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.6). Groot Nutrition's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TherEXnow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Groot Nutrition sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TherEXnow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Groot Nutrition has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TherEXnow ships an update every 2 months, Groot Nutrition every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
