# Solvo vs SnapSolve

The clearest difference is chart position: Solvo at #171 against SnapSolve's unranked. Solvo also leads on ratings volume (5.7K vs 746). SnapSolve's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solvo sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and SnapSolve sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Solvo against 4.5 for SnapSolve. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solvo has 5.7K ratings behind it against 746, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 53% and 53% positive.

Solvo ships an update fortnightly, SnapSolve every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
