# MuCase vs rcrd.

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MuCase at 20 against rcrd.'s 1. rcrd.'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MuCase sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and rcrd. sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
