# Shot Pattern vs ReadiGolf

Shot Pattern and ReadiGolf both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ReadiGolf's written reviews are positive against 68% of Shot Pattern's. Shot Pattern's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 19) and chart position (#119 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shot Pattern sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and ReadiGolf sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Shot Pattern against 4.9 for ReadiGolf. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shot Pattern has 2K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of Shot Pattern's written reviews are positive against 100% of ReadiGolf's.

Shot Pattern ships an update every 3 days, ReadiGolf every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
