# Shot Pattern vs TRGC

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TRGC at none against Shot Pattern's 8. TRGC also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Shot Pattern's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shot Pattern sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. TRGC asks for nothing beyond the download.

TRGC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shot Pattern has 2.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Shot Pattern ships an update every 3 days, TRGC every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
