# Mega Music vs Stem Split

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mega Music at 100% against Stem Split's 30%. Mega Music also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). Stem Split's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 3) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mega Music sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Stem Split sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
