About

Ettihad

Ettihad is a free mobile app for running an owners' association in residential buildings and compounds. Record dues and expenses, see who has paid and who has not, and share each unit's statement on WhatsApp. Residents pay the building directly. Your building's money never flows through Ettihad. ■ New: building money, made clear • Building funds: record the money your building holds, such as a bank account or a reserve. Pay all or part of a bill from one or more funds, and residents are billed only for the rest. Every change to a fund stays in its history. • Unit statement: one unit's account for any period up to 2 years: billed, paid, and the balance at the start and end. Share it as images or an Excel file on WhatsApp, with residents' credit if you choose; you select what to share. • Building statement: one Excel file for the whole building for a period you pick, in Arabic or English. It is prepared in the background, and you get a notification when it is ready. The file stays available to download for 3 days. • "Left after expenses": collected minus spent, on the manager's dashboard. Tap the tile for an explanation. Building funds are counted separately. • Repeating expenses: monthly bills such as the guard or cleaning come back by themselves, with a fixed amount or a reminder to type this month's amount. • Pay from credit: mark a due as paid from a resident's existing credit. A unit's open dues can be paid oldest first until the credit runs out. Credit never goes below zero. • The Building expenses tile on residents' Home screen shows each expense's category, amount, date and receipt photo when available. ■ For building managers • Add units and split each expense across units, equally or by area. • Invite residents with a link or on WhatsApp. For a manual invite, a name is enough; the phone number is optional. • Review payment proof (InstaPay, bank transfer or other local methods) and accept it. • Track each resident's credit. • Remove a unit and keep its payment history; its unpaid share is split over the other units or covered by the building. Reopen a due marked "already paid" by mistake. • Payment and credit records, plus an audit log of expense edits showing who changed them and when. ■ For residents • Your dues and the building's expenses in one place. • Upload a photo of your payment receipt. • Announcements, with reactions. • Proposals and votes with clear results for everyone. • Report maintenance problems with photos. • Visitor access passes with a QR code the guard checks. ■ Fary, the AI assistant Ask Fary in Arabic or English, by text or voice. Fary prepares an action as a card, and nothing changes until you confirm. Live voice calls with Fary (Fary-live) are rolling out gradually. ■ Payment methods InstaPay, bank transfer and other local methods in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Iraq and Lebanon. Residents send money to the building directly; Ettihad never receives or holds any money. ■ Security Passkey sign-in, permissions for each role, and records of payments, credit and expense edits. Send feedback from Settings › Help & about › Send feedback, or ask Fary in text chat. Ettihad is free.
