# Idle Block Master vs Gun Gear

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Idle Block Master at 44% against Gun Gear's 5%. Idle Block Master also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17). Gun Gear's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 28). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gun Gear sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. Idle Block Master asks for nothing beyond the download.

Gun Gear holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gun Gear has 1.4K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Idle Block Master's written reviews are positive against 5% of Gun Gear's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Idle Block Master ships an update every 5 weeks, Gun Gear every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
