# Digital Tigrigna vs Senay Audiobooks

The clearest difference is rating: Senay Audiobooks at 4.2 against Digital Tigrigna's 3.3. Senay Audiobooks also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 months). Digital Tigrigna's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 25%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digital Tigrigna sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per year and Senay Audiobooks sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $10.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Senay Audiobooks holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Digital Tigrigna's written reviews are positive against 25% of Senay Audiobooks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Digital Tigrigna ships an update every 9 months, Senay Audiobooks every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
