# RollingHero vs DoD

The clearest difference is rating: RollingHero at 4.6 against DoD's 4.3. RollingHero also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). DoD's advantage is review sentiment (64% vs 56%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RollingHero sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and DoD sells 42 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RollingHero holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 27 and 47 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of RollingHero's written reviews are positive against 64% of DoD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RollingHero ships an update every 4 days, DoD fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
