# BackCare vs Facial Dynamics

The clearest difference is update cadence: BackCare at daily against Facial Dynamics's every 6 weeks. BackCare also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BackCare sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Facial Dynamics sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
