# Disc vs Disc Caddy Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Disc Caddy Pro at every 4 days against Disc's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disc sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Disc Caddy Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Disc ships an update every 3 weeks, Disc Caddy Pro every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
