# Pal Chat vs Note

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Note at 100% against Pal Chat's 59%. Note also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). Pal Chat's advantage is ratings volume (429 vs 20). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pal Chat sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3.
