# Pal Chat vs ChatKeyPT

The clearest difference is rating: ChatKeyPT at 5.0 against Pal Chat's 4.3. ChatKeyPT also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Pal Chat's advantage is ratings volume (429 vs 2) and review sentiment (59% vs 50%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pal Chat sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. ChatKeyPT asks for nothing beyond the download.

ChatKeyPT holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pal Chat has 429 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Pal Chat's written reviews are positive against 50% of ChatKeyPT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
