Clear your mind. Keep what matters. Orita brings notes, projects, tasks, and meeting decisions into one personal workspace. New notes expire after 24 hours by default. Tap Keep for anything worth saving, or turn default expiry off in Settings. A HOME FOR YOUR IDEAS • Create workspaces and projects. • Connect related ideas with #hashtags. • Keep tasks and visual planning cards alongside your notes. • Search your notes and decisions. ORITA: ONE-TIME PURCHASE Try three active local notes without an Orita account. The one-time Orita upgrade unlocks unlimited local notes, with recordings and on-device AI on supported Apple devices. Optional private iCloud note sync uses your Apple account. Includes 300 on-device English transcription minutes per installation each UTC calendar month. Minutes measure recorded audio duration, not processing speed; summaries do not use those minutes again. On-device summaries require iOS 26 or later, compatible Apple Intelligence hardware, Apple Intelligence enabled, and its model downloaded. Language and regional availability apply. Settings explains your device’s current capabilities. A purchase does not make an incompatible device compatible. ORITA CLOUD Optional monthly or annual Cloud subscriptions provide account-based note sync, a signed-in web workspace, 600 cloud transcription minutes per UTC calendar month, and 25 GB of attachment storage. Existing Pro subscriptions remain supported. Cloud AI requires internet access and your explicit consent to send audio or transcript sections to OpenAI. Each attachment is limited to 20 MB. Structured notes and workspace text share a separate 2 MB library limit. Cloud transcription allowances do not roll over and have a one-minute minimum per audio segment. The one-time local purchase does not include cloud hosting or cloud AI. CHOOSE YOUR CALENDARS Cloud users can choose individual Apple/iCloud or Google calendars already configured in the device’s Calendar accounts, preview upcoming events, and confirm individual imports. Unselected calendars are excluded. This is device-calendar import, not a separate Google sign-in or automatic calendar sync. MEETINGS YOU CAN RETURN TO Record audio on your device and choose available transcription and summary options. Long transcripts are summarized in bounded sections, with saved progress for retries. Failed AI processing retains original audio and completed transcript progress. Recording audio remains on the original device; cross-device audio backup is not included in this version. Always review AI-generated decisions and action items. KEEPING IS YOUR CALL Editing does not extend a note’s expiry. Keep removes its deadline. Orita asks you to keep a meeting note before recording or processing. Turning off default expiry affects future notes. Tasks and planning cards are kept separately; exports and device backups are separate copies. Recording requires microphone permission and participant consent. Recording capacity depends on device storage. On-device AI stays local. AI results may contain mistakes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Restore purchases is available in Settings.
