# Carolina Hurricanes vs NC Courage

Carolina Hurricanes and NC Courage both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of NC Courage's written reviews are positive against 69% of Carolina Hurricanes's. NC Courage also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 months). Carolina Hurricanes's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 18). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Carolina Hurricanes holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Carolina Hurricanes has 1.3K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Carolina Hurricanes's written reviews are positive against 100% of NC Courage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Carolina Hurricanes ships an update every 4 months, NC Courage every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
