# SoftSay vs Sked7

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sked7 at none against SoftSay's 3. Sked7 also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). SoftSay's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SoftSay sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Sked7 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SoftSay against 5.0 for Sked7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sked7 has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
