# Coverage Map vs Daily Decision

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Coverage Map at none against Daily Decision's 1. Coverage Map also leads on ratings volume (798 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Daily Decision's advantage is update cadence (daily vs fortnightly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Decision sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Coverage Map asks for nothing beyond the download.

Daily Decision holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coverage Map has 798 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Coverage Map ships an update fortnightly, Daily Decision daily. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
