# EpicHire vs getappie

The clearest difference is ratings volume: EpicHire at 101 against getappie's 4. EpicHire also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). getappie's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for EpicHire against 5.0 for getappie. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EpicHire has 101 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
