# Major vs أستاذي

The clearest difference is rating: Major at 4.0 against أستاذي's 1.0. Major also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). أستاذي's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Major holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Major has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Major ships an update every 4 months, أستاذي every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 11, 2026.
