# PilotAWOS vs iAWOS

The clearest difference is update cadence: iAWOS at every 4 weeks against PilotAWOS's every 6 months. PilotAWOS's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PilotAWOS sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and iAWOS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PilotAWOS ships an update every 6 months, iAWOS every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
