# blank* note vs Chat+ AI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: blank* note at 100% against Chat+ AI's 25%. blank* note also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Chat+ AI's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (24 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. blank* note sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Chat+ AI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chat+ AI holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chat+ AI has 24 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of blank* note's written reviews are positive against 25% of Chat+ AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

blank* note ships an update every 3 weeks, Chat+ AI every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
