# Immersive Translate vs ElevTalk

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ElevTalk at 100% against Immersive Translate's 71%. ElevTalk also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Immersive Translate's advantage is ratings volume (552 vs 5) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Immersive Translate sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and ElevTalk sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ElevTalk holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Immersive Translate has 552 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 71% of Immersive Translate's written reviews are positive against 100% of ElevTalk's.

Immersive Translate ships an update fortnightly, ElevTalk every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
