# tetrify vs Sequential

The clearest difference is ratings volume: tetrify at 60 against Sequential's 4. tetrify also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.4). Sequential's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. tetrify sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Sequential sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sequential holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: tetrify has 60 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of tetrify's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sequential's.

tetrify ships an update every 6 days, Sequential weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
