# Liquid Apollo vs Drawing Studio

The clearest difference is rating: Liquid Apollo at 4.5 against Drawing Studio's 3.5. Liquid Apollo also leads on ratings volume (662 vs 2). Drawing Studio's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 68%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Liquid Apollo holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Liquid Apollo has 662 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Liquid Apollo's written reviews are positive against 100% of Drawing Studio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Liquid Apollo ships an update every 10 days, Drawing Studio every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
