# TRT Plus vs Amblyopia Exercise

The clearest difference is rating: Amblyopia Exercise at 5.0 against TRT Plus's 3.9. Amblyopia Exercise also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). TRT Plus's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TRT Plus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Amblyopia Exercise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Amblyopia Exercise holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TRT Plus has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
